A booking and invoicing system for hotels and apartments

Hospitality, Bosnia and Herzegovina

A group of hotels and apartments had no booking system at all. Now one system handles rooms, guests, invoices, the restaurant and the café, with statistics down to the guest's country.

The problem

The group had no booking system. Free rooms, guests, payments and the restaurant had no single place.

What the system does

  • Rooms and calendar: every room type is described, and free rooms are visible at a glance.
  • Bookings and guests: every booking records where it came from.
  • Check-out: a fiscal receipt and a full A4 invoice.
  • Restaurant and café: stock and expenses next to the rooms.
  • Reports: by property, booking channel and guest country.

One system for every property

All hotels and apartments run in one system, and each person sees what their role allows.
